Full Stack AV Platform
Q-SYS is a full stack AV platform, a forward-leaning technology approach that empowers AV systems to deliver real-time action, data-driven insight, and greater flexibility to meet the demands of customers and modern spaces. The tenants include multimodal I/O, a cognitive cloud, and an intelligent platform OS.
Q-SYS VisionSuite (Major Update)
New Speaker Spotlight technology driving camera framing and switching without presets while Presenter Spotlight technology provides full-body tracking through advanced computer vision. The new VisionSuite Designer tool simplifies system design, configuration, and calibration directly within Q-SYS Designer, and the new VSA-100 VisionSuite AI Accelerator enables deeper integration with Q-SYS cameras, audio, and leading UC platforms for confident collaboration.
New Q-SYS Cores
Core 24f combines robust processing power with the convenience of onboard I/O and network I/O to support in-room processing. X Class Server Cores deploy the Q-SYS Full Stack AV Platform on enterprise-grade server hardware, pairing centralized, mission-critical AV services with edge-based network I/O.
Q-SYS Reflect (New Capabilities)
Reflect, our cloud-based remote monitoring and management solution of Q-SYS systems, offers enhanced visibility into system performance through new Data & Reports tools that empower users to analyze AV reliability, monitor system health, and visualize trends across various deployments. Now with free Reflect API including support for third-party device monitoring.

Entertainment & Hospitality Edition – January 2024
This recording kicked off the event with a keynote from the entertainment and hospitality strategy leader who set the stage for new developments in new products that support this market. We also announced five new coaxial loudspeakers in the PL Series, we reviewed use cases and availability for the newly reinstated Q-SYS Core 510i, and last reviewed case studies from immersive install Meow Wolf and theme park Give the Kids the World.
Vision Meets Innovation – November 2023
This recording introduces the new Q-SYS VisionSuite and takes viewers through four unique use cases to help you deliver a more engaging hybrid experience for remote learning and high-impact spaces. It also introduces the Q-SYS UC Compute Bundle, expansion of the QIO Series, Zero-bezel models of AcousticDesign Series ceiling loudspeakers, plus highlights Illinois College case study.

This event introduces the newest network video endpoint (Q-SYS NV-21-HU), plus gives product updates on the now available NM-T1 microphone, SPA-Q Series, Core 8 Flex & Core Nano and the upcoming NV-32-HU (Core Capable) video streaming licenses. You will also learn more about the growing Q-SYS Partner Ecosystem including new Zoom Rooms updates, Volteo EDGE integration for Enterprise Manager and our Technology and Developer Partner programs. Q-SYS is software – September 2022
This launch introduced several Q-SYS software innovations, including the Q-SYS vCore virtualized processor and accompanying Q-SYS Control Feature License for vCore, the Q-SYS Core 610 network I/O COTS processor and accompanying Q-SYS Core 610 Scaling license, as well as the AV Bridging Feature License. Plus innovative case studies, more about the Q-SYS Technology Partner Program and Professional Services programming and deployment services (for US only).
Activate Winter – February 2022
With over 15 new model introductions, this launch showcased new Q-SYS hardware and software innovations including the first Q-SYS network microphone, Q-SYS NM Series, the NL Series PoE network loudspeakers, QIO Series of network audio & control I/O expansions, AcousticDesign™ Series Direct Weather Landscape loudspeakers, as well as Q-SYS scaling feature licenses to expand capabilities of your Q-SYS Core processors.
